KASHAYA VASTHI

Kashaya vasthi is a specialised Ayurveda Panchakarma therapy. In this process medicated decoction with other medicines prepared under the supervision of a Doctor and is administered through rectum. This therapy is done after the suitable swedana treatment as per the direction of the physician. It is a detoxification procedure. There are different types of Kasshaya vasthi based on preparation as mentioned in Ayurveda. Kashaya vasthi is used to treat in conditions like constipation, neurological disorders, paralysis, rheumatic ailments, lower back pain, gout, diabetes etc.

SNEHA VASTHI

Sneha Vashti is a panchakarma procedure which involves administration of suitable medicated oil through rectum. This is used a therapy and also as a pre procedure to Kashaya vasthi. This treatment is administered to expel the toxins from the body also helps to relieve constipation, pain caused by gout, lower back ache, rheumatism, paralysis etc.
