Kati vasthi is aspecial type of Ayurvedic lumbo-sacral rejuvenation therapy using warm medicated oils or medicated liquids. The warm medicated is kept over that area using a container or retainer as shown in the picture for a prescribed duration of time. This procedure is commonly used for lower back pain, lumbar spondylosis, sciatica, disc prolapse, osteoporosis etc. This treatment help to reduce pain and inflammation, improves blood circulation around lumbo sacral area and reduces stiffness.
