Shashtika pinda sweda is a sweat induced strengthening  treatment in Ayurveda. In this a special rice called Shashtika shali is prepared with milk and medicinal liquids making it to a bolus form which then will be applied over the body with a hot  milk decoction. This process help to strength, rejuvenates and re energize body. This treatment is mainly administered in degenerative disorders, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, myalgia, paraplegia, rheumatoid arthritis and other ortho- neuro-muscular disorders.
